CLASS SPONSORED PTL EVENTS
Boo Hoo Woo Hoo Coffee - sponsored by 8th Grade
PTL provides coffee and baked goods for parents during the period after drop-
off until Chapel starts at 9:00 on the first day of school.
Back to School Night - sponsored by 2nd Grade
All school families are invited to Bethany on an August evening. Drop off your
school supplies and get to know the families in your class!
Book Fair - sponsored by 5th Grade
PTL sponsors a book fair all week ending on Grandparents' Day. Students and
teachers are able to fill out wish lists and purchase books before and after
school.
Grandparents Day - sponsored by 6th Grade
All grandparents, or other special friends, are invited in the fall to visit Bethany.
Chapel is held, brunch is served, and grandparents spend the morning with their
grandchildren. Activities are planned.
Hayride - sponsored by 3rd Grade
All school families are invited to a farm near Stilwell in the fall. Hot dogs are
provided while families bring a dish to share. Campfire and hayride are fun for
all.
Spring School Picnic - sponsored by Kindergarten
All school families are invited, including incoming families for the next fall, to a
park in May. Burgers and hotdogs are provided while families bring a dish to
share. Playground equipment is available and games are encouraged.
Buddy Program - sponsored by Kindergarten
Incoming families are paired up with a “veteran” family to act as mentors.
Questions can be directed to them, and they are encouraged to help the
transition be a smooth one.
Field Day - sponsored by 4th Grade
Kindergarten through 4th grade meet at a park to complete many fun relay races
and team games. Fifth grade through 8th grade compete at a different park in a
game of softball and kickball. Everyone enjoys icecream back at the school to
end the day.
Kindergarten Graduation - sponsored by 1st Grade
A ceremony is held at the end of May to celebrate the completion of
Kindergarten. All are invited.
8th Grade Graduation - sponsored by 7th Grade
A ceremony is held at the end of May to celebrate the completion of 8th Grade.
